Who is chiptech?

How does the arc work with chiptech go?

If an alert is sent when Chiptech GO is in range of the base unit, it will report to the ARC that the user is ‘Home’, so they can be quickly located. The ARC operator can speak to the user over the Chiptech GO speakerphone.

Who is Sam chiptech?

Sam joined Chiptech in 2017, as the Business Development and Account Manager, and has a wealth of experience in the IT and Telecommunications sectors. With an intimate knowledge of Chiptechs products and systems, he is able to provide higher tier support and focus on the more technical aspects and challenges of today.

What is chiptech go™?

Chiptech GO™ is a multifunctional device, featuring an easy button press to alert for help, a handsfree speakerphone system to talk with the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) operator, and GPS location reporting ensuring user safety is covered every step of the way. Chiptech GO™ includes fall detection technology that can be enabled on request.

How can chiptech help you?

Our Pearl transceivers (Pendants and Fall Detection), can detect falls and allow users to easily call for help when they cannot reach their base unit. Our pendants have an industry leading range of 300m+ so that an alarm can be raised from anywhere in the home. Chiptech can also connect to a wide variety on external devices through the SID range.

What is the difference between the arc and the go?

An ARC operator will call back; GO will ring and automatically answer the call so the user can talk to the operator through the handsfree speakerphone system. The Chiptech GO is not compatible with Pacemakers, please speak to a member of the team for more information

How does chiptech Pearl advanced work?

If a fall is detected, or if the personal help button is pressed, Pearl Advanced communicates bi-directionally with a Chiptech base unit, which sends an alert to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), summoning help for the user. Pearl Advanced is also a body worn Inactivity Sensor, providing alerts in the event if non-movement in a predetermined time.
